HOW TO EXHIBIT AT THE SAWDUST ART FESTIVAL

The Sawdust Art Festival’s Summer Show and Winter Fantasy are fine art and craft shows for individual artists to exhibit and sell their original, handmade fine art or craft. As a non-profit, we are dedicated to educating the public about art. Our exhibitors are expected to fulfill our mission by demonstrating their art/craft and/or teaching art classes to the public. Carefully read the following information.

Art media accepted (but not limited to) includes: sculpture, ceramics, art glass, jewelry (NO strung beads), painting/drawing, textile/fiber/clothing design, photography, woodworking, musical instruments, leathercraft and metalwork.

We are not a juried show, however all exhibitors must present their artwork for approval and all Summer Show exhibitors must reside in Laguna Beach. Thank you for your interest in the Sawdust Art Festival.

SUMMER SHOW

Summer exhibitors must be full-time residents of Laguna Beach. To apply you must be 18 years of age. You must also create your own art and craft, and comply with the Sawdust Corporation bylaws.

To receive a 2011 Summer application submit a written request with the following information before Friday, November 5, 2010.

WINTER FANTASY

The Sawdust Art Festival’s Winter Fantasy has no residency requirements, but requires all exhibitors to be present and exhibit all 9-days from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., rain or shine. We are not a juried show, however, all exhibitors are required to present and/or demonstrate their art or craft for approval.

Winter Fantasy is filled on a first-come basis, so submit your application at your earliest convenience. You do not need a booth to apply.
