SAWDUST ART FESTIVAL PRESENTS BEATLES DAY
(Sawdust’s Beatles Day takes place Saturday, August 20)


Laguna Beach, CA – The Sawdust Art Festival presents its festive Beatles Day this Saturday, August 20 from 10 am to 10 pm. Beatles classics will be covered on musical entertainment stages throughout the day, 60’s era art and craft projects will be featured at the Children’s Art Spot and Sawdust Studio, and Euro Specials will be offered at the Sawdust Saloon. Highlights of Beatles Day include:

60’s-themed art and craft projects
•    Beatles Magnets with Rosanne Nitti – 10:30 am – 12:30 pm at the Sawdust Studio, complimentary with admission, ages 6+
•    Air-dry Clay Instruments – 10:30 am – 12 noon at the Children’s Art Spot, complimentary with admission, ages 4+
•    60’s Headbands – 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm at the Children’s Art Spot, complimentary with admission, ages 4+
•    Rainbow Necklaces – 2 pm – 3 pm at the Children’s Art Spot, complimentary with admission, ages 4+
•    Tie Dye Socks ‘n Shoelaces with Michelle Hutchinson – 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm at the Sawdust Studio, $5 materials fee, ages 6+ 
•    Stamp ‘n Collage – 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm at the Children’s Art Spot, complimentary with admission, ages 5+

Musical entertainers performing Beatles covers
•    Bob Hawkins and John Troy – 11:30 am – 4 pm at the Tavern stage
•    The Neat – 12 noon – 4:30 pm on the Main Entertainment Deck
•    Blue Latitude – 5 pm – 9:30 pm at the Tavern stage
•    Jason Feddy – 5:40 pm – 9:45 pm on the Main Entertainment Deck


Euro Specials at the Sawdust Saloon
The Sawdust Saloon will be offering Euro Specials all day Saturday, August 20 - 16 oz. Stella Artois, Hoegaarden and Leffe Blonde for only $4!
